I am on summer vacation right now and wanted to share about some of the places I am visiting. This is the information from visit to “Mackinaw Bricks- An Engineering Toy Store

Location: Mackinaw City; Mackinaw Crossings 158 Huron Street 49701

Opened Dec.  2014 on the Island and relocated to the Lower Peninsula last year for expansion.  Chad Stevens, Lego Master Builder collected Legos for 20 years and wants people to touch and began interactive part of the store.

I spent over two hours building and looking in the morning and returned in the afternoon for another hour. I built a knight and wagon scene out of the over 1,000,000 pieces
available to the visiting “builders”.
There is $5.00 daily fee to see his creations and make your own in a large build area for kids and adults alike. You can leave and reenter on the day the $5.00 fee is paid, so you can come and go as you wish. 4 year olds and younger are free.

The store is managed by Kimberly a master in training.

He has a very large display of Lego creations set up as a town over 250 square feet. hH also has a large working electric train display.
