This book is about a boy who says hi to a fish but it doesn’t reply. He also says hi to a lion and a bee. He doesn’t have a good reaction to the animals so they chase ( except for the fish ) him.
I like this book because it has a lot of little acts of kindness and has one part that was where the lion ( after the boy learned lion and told the lion something) asked a rock “Did you know a boy once told me his feet smell worse than hippopotamus breath.”
I think it is about learning to understand others. We don’t all see things the same way so if we try to see things from their perspective we might understand each other. But if we don’t, we misunderstand each other.
I recommend this book to kids who like to learn languages. I also recommend this book to kids in general.
I give this book 15 fish stars and 15 lion stars and 15 bee stars. 🐠🦁🐝🐣
