This past year has been tough. I started middle school and really struggled to manage it. I needed to develop new habits and mindset. So when I was offered a chance to review this book, I said yes.

This book is very helpful and written in a format that is easier to read than a textbook. It has chapters to show examples of that thing and examples of how to change bad habits. It is very fun to read.

It is split into categories which makes it easier to find the specific thing you want to find out about. The examples are relatable and easy to understand.

I would recommend this book to every kid because we all need to do these smart things.

This is also a book to come back to. You can find a new habit to develop or update a current one. This is not a book to read once and give away. It is a keeper book.
