Bridget may not have finished Enginerds but I did. I love it! Last weekend I watched IRON GIANT and I don’t believe Jarrett when he says he has not seen it. The book and movie are very close to each other though one has farting robots and the other has a weapon robot.
You can find out what the book is about in a lot of reviews so I am going to talk about why I liked it.
1. It is a very fun book to read out loud
2. Farting, eating robots are funny
3. The robots build themselves which is cool (and like the Iron Giant does)
4. The boys are kind of naughty. They should not keep secrets! (like the boy in Iron Giant)
5. There is a second book coming out and I am excited about it. (Bridget is too so I will probably have to borrow her copy)
I recommend this book to people who like robots, who like the Iron Giant movie, people who likes to eat a lot, people who think farting is funny and people who just need to laugh. Little boys will definitely like this book. Grouchy teachers will not. And I wonder if I could get my principal to read it.
Hi Jarrett! I know you are reading this. I want to know what you think of Iron Giant….. 🛳🚝🤖🤖🥰
This is the start of the Lil Brother take over. And I am in charge, I am not annoying. I am amazing.
I was very happy to see this book at the school book fair. I like all the Construction Site books. I love Construction site stuff. You should see my pajamas right now.
In this story the trucks are getting ready for bed on Christmas night. They each get a present which is a new piece of construction equipment. You also find out what they have been building all along. It is a new firehouse. There are new fire trucks in this book.
I like the rhyming of this book. I like it is the same trucks from the other books. I like you have watched the construction site grow in the books.
I recommend this book to everyone who like construction trucks.
In this book, a squirrel is picked up by a hawk and dropped far from his home. He has to find his way home. Two of his friends find him. There are humans cutting down the trees for a power line. The squirrels have to get to their family get them to move.
I liked the friendship in the story. Some of the squirrels have funny names like TsTs which were fun to say. I liked reading a chapter a night with my grownups. Some nights we read more so we finished early!
This book is about a Porcupine being helpful. She wants to make a pie. While she was out collecting her berries, she saw her friends. Each friend needed a supply for their party treat. She shared her supplies with them. Then she realized she was missing her berries. Her friends helped her out!
The story is about animals having a party. They are helpful to each other. If you share, people will share with you.
Kids should read this. There is even a pie recipe in the book!

Little Brother and Bridget review
These books are by National Geographic Kids. They have facts from actual paleontologist and volcanists. They share information on dinosaurs, why a dig is like and how dinosaurs lived. The volcano book tells the science behind Volcanoes, the different lavas and how you study them. It was very fun to read.
These would be good additions to a science classroom or for a kid interested in dinosaurs or volcanoes. They would learn a lot and could read the books multiple times.
In this book, the Lunch Lady got fired but she comes back again because the superintendent was mean. She was going to destroy the moon. She had made school bad for kids. The kids get Lunch Lady to come help them save their school.
I liked that it was a comic book. I read this all by myself and I am just starting to read by myself. I liked that they had superhero stuff. The food weapons were funny.
I recommend this to my cousins and other kids trying to read.
