Bub is a monster who lives with parents, his big sister and his little sister. His parents can’t pick a name for the little sister, his big sister is bossy and well, he feels forgotten. So he disappears. But he fixes it with his family.
I liked that this book how a couple things can get in the way of one thing. It shows how it feels to be forgotten. Families can be busy but they do always have time for you.
I am not sure about the bossy big sister. (Little Brother note: I think big sister’s are bossy) . Mom says this book is very much what being the middle sibling feels like. She is between two brothers. She says big brothers are bossy too.
I think kids with siblings should read this, especially ones with older siblings or middle kids. It might help older siblings realize their younger sibling thinks they are bossy. (Bridget admissions: I can be bossy)
Oh and the book never actually gives you the baby’s name. I would name her Bridget! Best name ever!

This book is about a pig named Peddles who thought differently than other pigs. It took him a while but he wanted to dance . He tried but it didn’t go well the first time. He was discouraged but the other pigs helped him out. Even though he was different, the other pigs accepted him.
This books means to me, even though I am different, I will find my pigs. My mom always says I will find my person but sometimes it takes a while. I just wish my person would come quicker. I appreciate my readers being so nice. Maybe my readers are my pigs. If you don’t like pigs, maybe you are my Henny or my Joy or just my friend.
I recommend this book to kids who think differently or for kids who want to try dance. I tried dance but decided it wasn’t the right time for me. I am going to try again this fall. Annoying little brother is a tap and ballet dancer. He has hard time with being the only boy in his class.

Henny visited my blog on the Fourth of July with his friend, Peddles. I will review Peddles next week, so come back for that!
Elizabeth grew up in a house with a snapping turtle and an alligator as pets. Now she has an one-eyed dog and two folded earred cats. I think this influences her stories. Maybe we will find out when I interview her later.
Henny is a hen with arms. It is very nice but also weird. Hens are not supposed to have arms. Sometimes she liked it, sometimes she didn’t. It is like Dennis in Be a Friend – we all have things that make us special. Like me, I am different than other kids. For instance, I run a book review blog at 7! And I know a lot of authors (Hi, Authors!!)
I think Elizabeth is a very good artist. The drawings are really good.
I really think you should read this book. It will make you think differently and think nicer. We should appreciate everyone’s differences.
